In the film, a couple of murders were executed by a killer. The charge of the big case is now given to the two special detectives and a police veteran. This terrible case is illustrating how worst the past times of the city were. The cop’s name is Marcus who works under his dad is along with the special officers, Criminal investigator Zeke Banks, and Detective William Schenk for the mission. They found that someone who is helping the killer belongs to their own department. For some reason, Banks has no good relations with his department.
